These technologies work together to streamline communication, reduce response times, and support our dispatchers in making informed decisions under pressure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Always On, Always Ready<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our emergency communications center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by trained professionals committed to serving Benton County. Whether it&#8217;s a medical emergency, fire, or law enforcement need, we&#8217;re here ready to respond, every minute of everyday.<\/p>\n<p><!--\nMy name is Susie Fry, I was raised in Benton Co, TN by my parents, Dennis \n& Patricia Shaffer. I have two sisters and one brother. I married my husband, Matthew Fry, in May 1995. We have four children, Hayden, Cody, Kayla, and Chandler who have also been raised in Benton Co. I have four grandchildren, Braelyn, Sayla, Chanley and Caleigh. \n\nI began my career in 911 Operations in 2014 at the Benton Co Sheriff\u2019s Office as a 911 Dispatcher. During my time at BCSO, I participated in continuous 911 training programs. I attended several conferences, APCO training and Virtual Academy training. In 2018, I was promoted to Dispatch Supervisor. I continued to work as a 911 Dispatcher while holding this position. I was also the TAC, overseeing the NCIC operations while ensuring we were following TBI and FBI guidelines. I maintained records for TBI audits ensuring we were in compliance with state and federal policies and procedures.  \n\nMy passion is helping people and making things better for everyone. My goal is to continue working hard for you by continuing my education to ensure Benton Co 911 Emergency Communications stays up to date and runs effectively at all times. I strive to use my time to learn new information that may be valuable to the Benton Co citizens. \n\nBenton County Emergency Communications is in a good place. It took a lot of hard work by the previous Directors and I plan to continue to keep it that way. The Benton County Sheriff&#8217;s Department is the Primary Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for Benton County.
